Owen James Mielcarek was born Friday, September 6, 2013 at 11:19 am!
He was 6 pounds and 19 inches long.
Anna was pretty infatuated with him right away...

We headed home on Sunday (the day of the Browns home opener.)
The O'Boyles decided to take a trip to Chicago right during Owen's birth,
but he doesn't appear to be holding a grudge quite yet.

Around 7pm on Thursday night, I started having some contractions while making dinner. At 1am, we decided to hit up the hospital. When we arrived, I was 6 cm, so they wanted me to stay. After a couple failed attempts at an IV, and a slight (lifetime) delay, I got the epidural at 4, water broke at 8:30...and out he came at 11:19 (minus a few gory/horrific details in between :)). All in all, everything went well and we are all home and healthy! We feel very blessed!
